Water Hygiene Service Technician
At Zeta Services we’re looking for a Water Hygiene Service Technician to join our team working in South Midlands area. You’ll be carrying out a range of essential water hygiene and water safety tasks across client sites, ensuring systems remain safe, compliant, and well maintained.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out water temperature testing and flushing in line with ACOP L8 requirements, ensuring water systems remain safe, compliant, and operating efficiently across a variety of client sites
- Complete showerhead cleaning, TMV servicing, inspections, and routine maintenance, identifying potential issues and ensuring systems continue to meet required water hygiene standards
- Undertake water sampling, tank inspections, tank cleaning, swimming pool sampling, and closed system sampling and analysis in accordance with legislation, guidance, and company procedures
- Accurately complete detailed electronic record keeping, ensuring all findings, actions, and results are documented correctly to demonstrate full compliance and audit readiness

Can You Show Experience In Some Of These Areas
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within the water hygiene industry, with a good understanding of ACOP L8, HSG274, and relevant water safety requirements
- Willingness to travel into Central London is required, holding a Full UK Driving Licence and able to manage a varied workload across multiple sites
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and management, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service
- A strong focus on quality, compliance, and attention to detail when delivering water hygiene services, with the ability to follow procedures and work safely at all times
