Arcus FM are looking for a night shift Water Leak Technician working Sunday - Thursday, on a permanent basis, to carry out reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework within all clients' stores around the London location area(s)!
Salary: £34,034 per annum (Including Night shift allowance: £3,595)
- Van (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel card
- Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE
- Up to 4% discretionary bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets.
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for carrying out both reactive and proactive works safely and to a high standard. These works will be carried out on refrigeration-based condensate pipework.
You will be providing a first line response to water leaks logged, identifying the source of the water leak, repairing and replacing faulty pipework and/or components, clearing blockages, maintaining internal drainage systems, drop down pipework, and dairy pump trays where appropriate. Effectively diagnose and identify faults and failures with equipment and systems and provide effective solutions and escalate where necessary.

You'll ensure that jobs are completed within SLA timeframes, all relevant KPIs are met, and that all Arcus health & Safety procedures are complied with at all times. You'll also comply and adhere to all clients' site requirements whilst working.
Planning routes and managing daily workload is essential. You'll need to keep track of aged work orders and ensure that they are prioritized for completion. Having a first-time fix work ethic.
What We're Looking For
- Experience of water leak or drainage works would be an advantage
- Basic plumbing experience/knowledge
- Basic Electrical (Desired not essential)
- Other trade/industry qualifications and certifications (Desired not essential)
- A Full UK Driving Licence is required (essential)
- IT competent, apps, Emails, etc

- You must be able to work nights
- Sunday - Thursday, 45 hours per week
- On Call Rota (1-4 or 1-8) dependent on busy periods
