Sales & Pricing Consultant – Water Services
Location: Elland (Office-based with local travel) Full-time | Monday–Friday | Early finish Friday

We’re growing our Water Services team and are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales & Pricing Consultant to help expand our client base and support continued business success.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll combine sales, account management, and pricing analysis to drive new business and build strong client relationships.

Proactively generate new business through outbound calls and outreach Engage potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions Convert opportunities into sales and arrange client meetings where needed Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services Build and maintain long-term client relationships Support the wider sales team with pricing requests and deal progression Analyse and prepare competitive pricing from water retailers Keep CRM records up to date and manage your sales pipeline effectively Stay up to date with industry trends and share insights with the team
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from individuals who are driven, organised, and confident in a sales environment.
You’ll Ideally Have
Experience in sales, telesales, or business development Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients A proactive, self-motivated approach with resilience and determination Good attention to detail and organisational skills Confidence using Excel and CRM systems The ability to multitask and work to targets
Bonus (not Essential)
Experience in utilities or the water sector

Working hours
Monday: 8:15am – 5:00pm Tuesday–Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
(Flexibility may be required depending on business needs)
