Water Specialist (Customer Advisor)

Customer Advisor – Customer Solutions (CS CC Customer Delivery) – Derby

Business Unit: Customer Solutions Division: CS CC Customer Delivery Position: Customer Advisor Pay Grade Level: Level 1 – Customer / Operational Frontline Salary Range: £27,495.68 per annum Role Type: Full-Time Contract (Permanent after training) Work Location: Pride Park, Derby Working Hours: 37 hours per week, within shift patterns (8:00am–6:00pm, Mon–Fri) Start Date: 7th September 2026 (with a 4-week mandatory training programme, Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm) Manager: Surinder Webster Contact Recruiter: Daniel McCormack

With shifts at Pride Park, Derby, you’ll join a dedicated team of 12, dedicating 37 hours weekly across flexible shifts.

This role isn’t for folding—it’s for those who care, ask questions, and push boundaries. Bring adaptability, humility, and determination.


Duration

Your journey begins with a mandatory 4-week training programme (9:00am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri). Upon successful completion, you’ll progress into the permanent role (starting September 2026).
