About Us

Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, a family owned business for over 75 years, takes pride in powering progress in health, security and quality of life. We are key partners with the world’s leading medical devices, semiconductor, scientific analytics and industrial systems manufacturers. When they want to push the limits of what’s possible with high voltage applications, they turn to us to make it happen.

While Spellman is not a household name, our products are used to make and often power many of the most advanced technologies that make modern life possible. With design and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress.

MAIN OBJECTIVES

This role will play a pivotal role as we continue our Lean journey in ensuring that manufacturing resources stay focused on assembling, encapsulating and testing product. This is a production control support service to manufacturing in both the managing and distribution of Kits, providing Tooling and Consumables and the movement of products between production processes to maximise our productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive Kits from stores and hold in an organised way within the Supermarket area.
  • Preparation of kitted parts, Consumables and Tooling required for manufacture and distribute to operators as per the production plan.
  • Receipt Sub- Assemblies into the Supermarket and issue to Works Orders as required.
  • Prepare material for Work in Progress so it is ready for next stage.
  • Control the allocation of specialist tooling and consumable kits in and out of the Supermarket (RFID Scanning)
  • Replenish Product Consumable boxes to ensure Operators have the required parts to carry out their operation.
  • Always ensure that materials/units are moved and stored with both safety and quality being paramount and to highlight any deficiencies observed not of their making to their line manager for resolution.
  • Be the primary conduit for communication between Manufacturing and Stores where a kit non-conformity has been identified, to seek a timely resolution to avoid late WO on time completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
