Location: Harrow
Salary: £34,080 + £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year
Hours: You will average 40 hours per week (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Water Supply Pipe Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding service to our customers by:
- Supporting the repair and maintenance of water supply pipes in customers’ homes
- Assisting experienced engineers on-site while developing your technical skills
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at every interaction
- Working safely and efficiently in a variety of outdoor environments
- Contributing to a team that takes pride in doing the job right first time
This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn and build a career. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Awareness of safe digging practices
- Groundwork experience
- A full UK Driving Licence (max 6 penalty points)
- Strong customer service skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- A positive, proactive approach to your work
Training & support
We’ll set you up for success from day one with a structured onboarding programme:
- Week 1: Classroom-based induction Monday to Friday at our Walsall Head Office. (Where required, we’ll cover accommodation and meal allowances during your induction).
- Week 2: On-the-job learning alongside an experienced HomeServe WSP engineer
- Ongoing: Structured development programmes and mentoring
