- Base Salary: £30,080
- Bonus: £1,500 guaranteed in your first year
- Average Hours: 40 per week (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Water Supply Pipe Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding service to our customers by:
- Supporting the repair and maintenance of water supply pipes in customers’ homes
- Assisting experienced engineers on-site while developing your technical skills
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at every interaction
- Working safely and efficiently in a variety of outdoor environments
- Contributing to a team that takes pride in doing the job right first time

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to learn and build a career. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Awareness of safe digging practices
- Groundwork experience (desirable)
- A full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points)
- Strong customer service skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- A positive, proactive attitude towards your work
Training & Support
We’ll set you up for success from day one with a structured onboarding programme:
- Week 1: Classroom-based induction (Monday to Friday at our Walsall Head Office). (Accommodation and meal allowances covered where required.)
- Week 2: On-the-job learning alongside an experienced HomeServe WSP engineer
- Ongoing: Structured development programmes and mentoring
