Full time – 37 hours per week Full Time Permanent Salary: £29,325 - £34,500 per annum (+ 20% Shift Allowances) Location: Wear Valley Water Treatment Works, Stanhope
About The Role
Water Supply Production Operator ensures high-quality drinking water delivery for our customers while supporting activities across the wider Water Supply team.
This role is fully supportable with on-the-job training. We’re seeking a candidate with transferable skills who can develop professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate water treatment processes using our systems to identify performance trends and resolve faults.
- Conduct laboratory testing, validate instruments, and calibrate equipment as needed.
- Support cleaning, maintenance, and site general tasks (including tank decontamination).
- Maintain accurate records for regulatory compliance and decision-making purposes.
