Description
As a Sales Representative for our ChemAqua brand, you would be responsible for revenue growth in the North West. This will include service and execution of existing contracts, contract retention, company external compliance management, managing workflow and seeing through from conception to completion. There will also be a significant element of business development - you will be expected to win new business through customer contracts and product sales.
Your time management would be estimated as follows:
- 60% Contract Service
- 30% New sales development
- 10% Contract Mobilisation & Management
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively secure new business opportunities with new customer sites for both one off sales and new contracts
- Effectively manage and grow your existing customer base
- Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities throughout your sales region
- Manage the sales cycle to completion and contract start date
- Work closely with Technical staff and development team to meet customer needs
- Ensure first class customer service is delivered at all times
- Complete and manage customer orders using relevant company technology
- Hand over contracts when mobilised to the Contracts Management team ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.

You MUST have significant water treatment and/or legionella experience to be considered for this role. Applications without these skills unfortunately cannot be considered.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Recent experience in a sales role or other water engineer role within the water treatment industry - ESSENTIAL.
- Proven ability to win new business as well as develop existing accounts
- Good knowledge of Water Treatment Health and Safety policies and practices is essential
- Knowledge of cooling tower and steam boiler operations would be beneficial.
- Must possess a current full UK driving license
- Ideally located in UK North West region
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships

Salary:
- 35k-38k basic plus OTE of up to £45k (uncapped commission)
This is a field-based sales position - you would be expected to be out at customer sites for the majority of your time.
