About the Role

The Senior Account Manager will support the Client Services Director and Account Directors in delivering high-impact client projects (Events and Experiential), with opportunities to manage small to medium-sized events and campaigns.

Key responsibilities include growing existing client relationships, delivering client-centric service, and effectively collaborating across teams—from Creative & Strategy to Production.


Key Responsibilities

Account & Client Management

  • Support in developing and pitch responses to event/experiential briefs
  • Help cultivate client relationships and ensure high-quality, warm communication
  • Serve as Project Lead for smaller to medium-sized events and campaigns

Project Management & Execution

  • Define creative & strategic solutions in collaboration with Creative and Strategy teams
  • Compile detailed Google Slides proposals (objectives, strategic rationale, creative approach, timelines, budgets)
  • Develop, manage, and track project plans (task breakdowns, timelines, stakeholder accountability)
  • Coordinate third-party suppliers (crew, tech, printers, staff) to ensure smooth delivery
  • Partner with the Production Team to refine on-brief, on-budget physical solutions
  • Source venues and manage contracts/permissions for experiential and event activations
  • Handle client logistics (accommodation, travel, transport)
  • Manage budgets, profiltability checks, and cost-control measures
  • Line-manage a direct report (Account Manager/Senior Account Executive) when required

Creative & Production Coordination

  • Brief and oversee creative resources, ensuring alignment with briefs
  • Collaborate to source all production/technical elements
  • ensure ongoing status updates and sign-off on key project stages

Financial Governance

  • Produce accurate estimates, budgets, and forecasts (for new/existing clients)
  • Reconcile project budgets (third-party & time) and alert on overspends
  • Obtain client approvals for cost changes via updated Scope of Work
  • Keep Finance Director and Client Services Director informed on profit margins
  • Manage updates in Paprika, purchase orders, and client payments

New Business & Growth

  • Contribute to new business opportunities by researching client needs and sector trends
  • Identify ** crosslinking** for account potential
  • Prepare forecasts on client activity and ensure delivery

Post-Project Oversight

  • Write up and distribute detailed meeting notes, debriefs, case studies, and PR-ready material
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ROI on delivered projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or equivalent in experiential/brand activation/speCIALiSED events agency settings
  • Strong project management skills with attention to budgets, timelines, and cross-departmental alignment
  • Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships professionally and creatively
  • Financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)
  • Experience in Vendor/Supplier management on live/physical projects
  • Passionate about emerging trends in brand engagement/experiential – knowledge of industry tools (e.g., Paprika) is a plus

✅ 80%+ of client projects delivered on-time, in-budget, with zero excess costs ✅ All project reconciliations entered in Paprika within three weeks ✅ Zero deviations from client-approved briefs (first-time delivery) ✅ Target billings met per client agreement ✅ Agreed gross profit margin achieved per project ✅ 95%+ of forecasted utilization rate achieved via accurate timesheet tracking ✅ High attendance/punctuality rate (90-100%)
