The Role
As Secretary / Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our accountants and management team with administrative and secretarial duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a professional office environment. The role is based at our office in Enniskillen and is 34.25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing diaries.
- Preparing and formatting letters, reports, and other documents.
- Maintaining accurate client records and filing systems.
- Assisting with client onboarding and compliance documentation.
- Handling post, scanning, photocopying, and general office administration.
- Supporting the accounts and management team with administrative tasks.
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring the office runs efficiently.

Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office support role.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent standard, with a high level of English and numeracy.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Experience within an accountancy practice or professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
