Wealth Advisory - Regional Head
The Regional Head of Wealth Advisory will support and lead the team in providing exceptional advice and service to clients.
Building our profile, reputation and engagement internally and externally Supporting our continued growth as a business through advising and servicing both new and existing clients
As a challenger in the industry, we are looking for individuals with excellent financial planning, and technical skills, along with a commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset.
What does the role entail?
Leading the team to meet our objectives of growth Supporting the Financial Advisers in providing outstanding advice and service to clients both through initial and on-going advice Leading in the building of the profile of Isio Wealth Planning and Isio in the region and supporting the Financial Advisers in networking and engaging internally and externally Ensuring Isio Wealth Planning is an established, creditable and integrated part of the proposition in which we add value to both their introducers (in Isio and externally) and their clients Ensuring all advice is complaint and meets the high standards that we are reputed for Being responsible for the performance and management of the team Contribute to, and on occasion lead, key committee meetings including:
Investment Committee – governing, defining and evolving the firm’s investment proposition and philosophy
Operations Committee – reviewing processes, identifying risks, and proposing high-level solutions to optimise efficiency
Work closely with the Training & Competency Manager to identify training and development needs, and to support the implementation of development and business plans across the team Work collaboratively with other service lines to encourage cross-selling opportunities across mutual clients and professional connections Maintain a strong presence of the Wealth service by attending national and local team meetings and representing the function within the wider business Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure processes and change initiatives are effectively adopted, and to support transitions and the implementation of new developments

What we’re looking for?
Extensive management and leadership experience within the Wealth Planning Industry, backed up with a curious and rigorous mindset Experience managing and developing a team of advisers in the financial planning sector You will ideally have provided advice in the past, be technically competent, (ideally Chartered Financial Panner) and have at extensive experience in a Financial Planning or Wealth Management business Ability to work both independently, and collaboratively with the team and indeed wider business You will have experience directly or indirectly of business development and building an established network of external firms who have introduced potential clients to you Demonstrate the highest standards of client advice and service
