Wealth & Investment Manager
Investment & Wealth Adviser London/Hybrid Salary up to £80k + discretionary bonus and attractive benefits.
I’m supporting a fantastic client, a fast‑growing, marketing‑led wealth management firm who are looking to bring on an experienced Investment & Wealth Adviser to join their high‑performing team If you’re an adviser who loves converting warm inbound leads, thrives in a commercial environment, and genuinely enjoys helping clients make smarter long‑term financial decisions, this one is worth a look The Role This is a highly engaging advisory position focused on turning inbound enquiries into long‑term client relationships and assets under management. You’ll be speaking with individuals who have already expressed interest through the firm’s investment‑led marketing campaigns. Your job is to understand their needs, build trust, and deliver high‑quality regulated advice What You’ll Be Doing Managing and converting a steady flow of warm leads Running structured discovery meetings to understand client goal Providing holistic financial planning and investment advice Explaining investment concepts clearly and confidently Building long‑term relationships that lead to ongoing AUM Maintaining a strong pipeline and delivering consistently high conversion rates Working closely with paraplanning, compliance, and onboarding team What Success Looks Like Strong AUM conversion High lead‑to‑client conversion rate Excellent client outcomes and retention High‑quality, compliant advice file Proactive pipeline and activity management What We’re Looking For Essential Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS or equivalent Experience as a regulated Financial/Wealth Adviser (CAS or SPS status) Strong investment knowledge and confidence discussing market Proven track record converting prospects into clients Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Comfortable in a commercial, lead‑driven environment Desirable Chartered or working towards Experience with discretionary or wealth management propositions Understanding of behavioural finance Experience with affluent or HNW client Personal Qualities Commercially driven and target‑focused Professional, credible, and client‑centric Confident discussing investments and market condition Organised, resilient, and motivated by result If you’re an adviser who enjoys the advice as much as the conversion, and you want to work somewhere where high‑quality leads are consistently delivered to you, I’d love to have a confidential chat
