A leading and growing Wealth Management firm is seeking a seasoned Wealth Management Administrator to join their expanding team.
This role presents a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in IFA/Wealth Management administration, who thrives in a dynamic work environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service and operational support.
About the Opportunity
This position will be heavily focused on producing Annual Review Packs with precision and efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with Financial Advisers, maintaining the high standards necessary in a busy business while supporting a tight-knit administration team.
The role will require collaboration with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to continuous improvements in processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce high-quality Annual Review Packs accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers.
- Process new business, client reviews, servicing activities.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with providers, clients, and advisers to ensure exceptional client service.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
- Support team members and foster an efficient, productive work environment.
- Identify opportunities to enhance administrative processes and client experience.

Requirements
Applicants must have prior experience working in a UK Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or IFA firm.
Essential Skills:
- Proven Wealth Management/ IFA Administration experience.
- Strong understanding of Financial Planning administration processes.
- Experience producing Annual Review Packs is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Highly detailed-oriented with impeccable accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting clients and colleagues.

Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: £35,000–£36,000 (dependent on experience).
- Hybrid working model following initial onboarding (typically three in-office days during training).
