Wealth Advisor – High Net Worth Clients (London, Birmingham, Home Counties)
Hybrid: 3 days a week in office | MUST be QCF/RDR Level 4 qualified
We’re recruiting for Wealth Advisors to join a well-established financial institution, working alongside the Corporate & Commercial Banking team in London, Birmingham, and the Home Counties. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office.
You will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing regulated investment advice and helping clients achieve long-term financial objectives. The role combines relationship management, investment expertise, proactive business development, and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management — Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW clients, ensuring strong retention and primary banking relationships.
- Investment Advice — Provide regulated advice across a broad range of financial and investment products.
- Client Needs Analysis — Identify and support changing financial needs of corporate and commercial clients.
- Compliance & Record Keeping — Maintain accurate, compliant records in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Client Experience — Deliver exceptional service and contribute to individual performance targets.
- Business Development — Proactively identify new client opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and drive portfolio growth through networking, referrals, and collaboration with Corporate & Commercial Banking teams.

What You’ll Bring
- QCF Level 4 or RDR Level 4 qualification (essential)
- Recent experience providing regulated investment advice
- Strong knowledge of investment markets, products, and wealth structuring tools
- Understanding of wider financial markets and banking products
- Experience in risk management within Private Banking, Corporate, Commercial, or Select Investments
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and influencing skills
- Demonstrable business development capability — ability to generate new client opportunities and grow a portfolio
- Proactive approach to change and continuous improvement
- Ability to work hybrid: 3 days a week in the office
