Relationship Manager
Financial Services
London (Hybrid)
Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 (DOE) + bonus + benefits
A rapidly growing financial services network is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to support partner firms through onboarding and the early stages of integration. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK financial advice process and ideally possess experience working with Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firms.
You’ll be the key point of contact from the moment a firm joins; ensuring a smooth transition, resolving issues quickly, and building strong, trusted relationships that set them up for long-term success.

We are looking for someone with the below:
- A confident communicator – someone with gravitas
- Experience in relationship management or business development within UK financial services
- Confident engaging firm principals, advisers, and senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to assess fit and spot growth opportunities
- Highly organised, structured, and delivery focused
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools to enhance relationship activity
- Excellent at building rapport and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships
