Wealth Planning Administrator
Location: Market Harborough & Oakham (location split between our Market Harborough and Oakham offices). The candidate must be able to work at both locations.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 5pm
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised administrator to join our friendly and professional team, supporting our Wealth Managers and clients across our Market Harborough and Oakham offices. This is a varied, client-facing role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and is happy to adapt to changing priorities.
The Role
As a Wealth Planning Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as a central point of contact for clients and providing essential administrative support to our Wealth Managers and Management.

Key duties include:
- Providing administrative support to Wealth Managers, including updating the CRM system and writing letters
- Interacting with clients on a daily basis, both by phone and in person
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to clients
- Reception and general front-of-house duties
- Ensuring client records are accurate, compliant, and kept up to date
- Supporting prospecting activities and client events on occasional evenings and weekends
- General office administration and ad hoc duties as required
Essential Skills & Experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A strong team player with a flexible and proactive approach
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage changing priorities
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional, discreet, and confident when dealing with sensitive information

Desirable Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience within financial services (although not essential)
Additional Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Willingness to travel to events
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings when required
- Driving license and reliable car
