About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused SCA Licensed Relationship Manager to join a leading financial services organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brokerage, trading, investments, or financial markets, with the ability to build and manage client relationships while driving business growth.

Experience Required - Minimum 4 years (Brokerage Industry)

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and institutional clients.
  • Promote investment, brokerage, trading, and wealth management solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
  • Provide financial market insights and investment guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with SCA regulations and company policies.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective client management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the Brokerage Industry.
  • Valid SCA License is mandatory.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Trading, Crypto, or Investment sectors.
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
  • Candidates should have their own client database/network.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic or English and French is mandatory.
