Salary range: £55,000 to £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Location: Bristol or flexible to relocate to any UK Frazer-Nash Consultancy Ltd office for the right candidate Working pattern: Flexible hybrid (office, client sites, home working)

About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
- Collaborate with the Group Leader and Business Development Leads to expand our weapons sector presence.
- Manage and deliver complex, outcome-focused projects while fostering strong client relationships.
- Contribute to project management, development, and consultancy solutions to strengthen our reputation.

Responsibilities
- Lead project execution and align with the company’s strategy.
- Direct and coordinate technical contributions from subordinates within bid and project teams.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert (SME) in a WOME safety discipline.
- Create high-quality technical documentation, including safety and assurance deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members within the Weapons, Safety & Assurance division.
Key Requirements
- Recent experience in the UK defence sector or weapons industry, focusing on WOME (Weapons, Ordnance, Munitions & Explosives).
- Strong communication, client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of WOME standards, policies, and regulations.
- Familiarity with:
- Armaments Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- WOME certification, qualification systems
- System S3 integration and test & evaluation processes
- Hazard Analysis, Risk Management, and ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practicable) assessments
- Technical Assurance/Governance in weapons development
- Professional engineering credential (recommended).
