Analytics Manager - Customer & CRM Insights
📍 London (2 days onsite per month) | Primarily Remote
💰 £550-£600 per day (Umbrella)
We're supporting a well-known retail business as they look to appoint an Analytics Manager to lead a high-performing customer analytics team and help drive data-led decision making across the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to manage a team of analysts while partnering with marketing, CRM, eCommerce, and commercial stakeholders to turn customer data into meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 analysts, supporting their development and delivery.
- Drive the evolution of customer and CRM analytics capabilities across the business.
- Provide insight and recommendations to improve customer engagement, retention, and commercial performance.
- Deliver deep-dive analysis and forecasting to support strategic business initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Digital, and Commercial functions to solve business challenges through data.
- Manage and prioritise an analytics roadmap, ensuring high-value projects are delivered effectively.
- Develop reporting frameworks, analytical models, and self-serve insight solutions.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing or leading analytics teams.
- Strong background within Retail, eCommerce, or other customer-centric environments.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting insights to senior audiences.
- Track record of delivering analytics projects that positively impact customer and commercial performance.
