English Language and Literature is a global e-learning startup dedicated to empowering non-native English learners to achieve genuine fluency. Serving learners across Europe and worldwide, we provide personalized courses, certified instructors, and real-world communication practice. Our programs range from business and workplace English to everyday communication, exam preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge), and guidance in English literature.
Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Web Content Writer Intern to join our growing team. This is an unpaid internship/volunteer role, ideal for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain real-world experience in content writing and digital publishing. The internship runs for 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
You will work collaboratively with a team of 20+ members to produce and refine high-quality content for our website. Responsibilities include:

- Writing and editing blog posts, articles, and educational content.
- Improving existing website blogs to enhance clarity, engagement, and SEO performance.
- Collaborating with managers and team members to align content with learner needs and organizational goals.
- Researching topics relevant to English learning, communication, and literature.
- Ensuring all content is accurate, accessible, and engaging for a global audience.
Key Details
- Flexible working hours with two mandatory weekly meetings: Mondays at 5:00 PM CET and Thursdays at 6:00 PM CET (adjustable based on team convenience).
- Live project: All content you produce will be published globally after final approval, giving you visibility and impact.
- Creative freedom: You will enjoy autonomy in shaping ideas into meaningful content while tackling real-world challenges.
- Duration: 12 weeks, with potential for extension based on performance and team needs.

Qualifications
- Strong interest in writing, editing, and educational content development.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital publishing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Students or fresh graduates in English, communications, marketing, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply.
