About The Role

We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our dynamic digital team at Hypercreate Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating engaging, user-friendly websites and digital assets. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing layouts, landing pages, and visual elements that align with our clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives. You will work closely with developers, marketing teams, and project managers to ensure that designs are effectively translated into functional websites that deliver seamless user experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, from corporate websites to online campaigns, and to grow your skills within a collaborative and innovative environment.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in digital design principles and a portfolio showcasing previous web and digital design work. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar is essential. A good understanding of responsive design and user experience (UX) principles is required to create adaptable and intuitive interfaces. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous, enabling effective collaboration with developers and understanding of technical constraints. Strong attention to detail, excellent visual and layout skills, and a good sense of typography and visual hierarchy are critical for success in this role. The candidate should also demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging website layouts, landing pages, and visual assets that align with client branding and campaign goals.
  • Produce wireframes, mock-ups, and detailed design concepts to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Support brand consistency across all web and digital channels by adhering to style guides and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with developers to prepare designs for implementation, ensuring feasibility and accuracy.
  • Enhance user journeys by improving navigation, usability, and overall user experience on digital platforms.
  • Maintain organized design files, asset libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and ease of access for team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
