Website Developer & Designer
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Website Developer & Designer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our company websites. You will be responsible for creating new sites, updating existing ones, and ensuring they remain modern, functional, and aligned with the brand identities of the companies within our group. We’re looking for someone who can not only deliver technically sound websites but also bring fresh ideas, creativity, and the confidence to pitch new concepts that elevate our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain multiple company websites using WordPress.
- Create custom themes, templates, and plug-ins to meet business needs.
- Manage and update content across existing websites.
- Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and visually aligned with brand guidelines.
- Optimise websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the Media and Marketing team to bring digital campaigns to life.
- Research, pitch, and implement new creative ideas to keep sites fresh and engaging.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
Work Location:
- In person
- Must be available to work on-site five days a week at our new Vauxhall office (SE11)
Requirements:
- Proven experience developing and designing WordPress sites.
- Strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with WordPress plug-ins, themes, and customisation.
- Knowledge of SEO and website performance best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence to contribute ideas and suggest new ways of doing things.
