About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the development and enhancement of our web-based products and services. As part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the digital landscape of our organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure web solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building modern web applications from scratch, taking ownership of projects, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in web development or an equivalent capability. A strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in core web technologies and frameworks, including C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience in debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is essential. A solid understanding of MVC design patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security standards such as OWASP is required. Familiarity with IIS server management and exposure to front-end frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout will be considered an advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance websites and web applications that meet user and business needs.
- Develop solutions using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs, working extensively with JSON data to ensure seamless data exchange between services.
- Collaborate closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Optimize application performance, enhance security measures, and improve usability across multiple platforms and devices.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies, and suggest improvements to existing systems.
