Web Developer (Mid-Level) | Bristol (Hybrid) | £32,000–£37,000 DOE
At Noble Digital Performance, we don't just build websites—we create high-performing digital experiences that help ambitious brands grow.
We're looking for a Mid-Level Web Developer who enjoys solving problems, writing clean code, and building websites that are fast, accessible, and measurable.
You'll work with our UK and US teams across a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering everything from WordPress websites and landing pages through to integrations with marketing platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
If you're someone who loves improving performance, experimenting with new technologies (including AI-assisted development), and wants to keep growing as a developer, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Building modern WordPress websites and digital experiences
- Developing custom themes, plugins, and integrations
- Working with APIs and third-party marketing platforms
- Optimising websites for performance, accessibility, and technical SEO
- Collaborating with designers, strategists, SEO specialists, and developers across the UK and US
- Using Git and modern development workflows to deliver quality code
- Exploring AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT to improve development workflows
- Helping shape the way we build, test, and deploy websites

What we're looking for
- 2+ years' commercial web development experience
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP skills
- Experience building custom WordPress solutions
- Comfortable working with Git and modern development practices
- Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals
- Experience consuming REST APIs
- Someone who enjoys learning and taking ownership
Bonus points if you have experience with
- Azure or AWS
- HubSpot CMS
- WooCommerce
- React or Vue
- CI/CD pipelines
- GA4, GTM, or marketing technology
- Technical SEO
- AI-assisted development tools
