About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full stack, contributing to the development and enhancement of our digital products and services. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, ensuring our web solutions are scalable, secure, and user-friendly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building modern web applications from scratch, taking ownership of projects, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and business stakeholders. This position provides a platform for professional growth and the chance to be involved in innovative projects that impact our company's digital footprint.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in web development or an equivalent capability. A strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in core web technologies including C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience in debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is essential. A solid understanding of MVC architectural patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security standards such as OWASP is required. Familiarity with working on IIS and exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout will be considered a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient websites and web applications that meet business requirements.
- Develop solutions utilizing C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs, working with JSON data to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
- Collaborate closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Optimize application performance, enhance security measures, and improve usability across different platforms and devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure the delivery of robust solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development practices.
