About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our expanding team at Hypercreate Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and enhancement of customer-facing websites and internal web platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in front-end and back-end development, with a passion for creating seamless, responsive, and accessible web experiences. You will collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to bring innovative ideas to life, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal website performance across various browsers and devices. Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a solid background in web development, with the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks and CMS platforms such as React, WordPress, PHP, or Python is advantageous.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Portfolio showcasing previous web development projects, training, or relevant placement experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
The core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Building and updating responsive websites and web pages to ensure they are visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly.
- Supporting both front-end and back-end development tasks to deliver high-quality web solutions.
- Troubleshooting website issues, diagnosing bugs, and implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Collaborating with designers to translate visual concepts into functional web experiences that meet client specifications.
- Conducting testing across different browsers and devices to guarantee consistent performance and appearance.
- Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and version-control records to support ongoing development and future updates.
