Web Developer – Permanent, Full-Time Opportunity
An exciting permanent, full-time Web Developer role is available to join our growing international digital marketing and translations agency, where adaptability, curiosity, and cross-disciplinary collaboration are valued.
We’re seeking a motivated software developer who can bridge client-facing projects and internal technology initiatives across an array of platforms, systems, and technologies.
The Role
- Contract & Salary:
- Permanent, full-time position
- Salary range: £35,000 - £39,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance client websites and digital platforms
- Develop WordPress and Shopify projects (front-end and back-end)
- Collaborate with:
- SEO, Creative, and Account Management teams to deliver technical solutions
- Market Growth teams in scoping new project feasibility, pitching, and client presentations (where applicable)
- Support website migrations, technical implementations, and technical SEO best practices
- Contribute to AI and automation initiatives to streamline internal workflows
- Assist with system integrations (APIs, third-party platforms, and onward integrations)
- Develop and maintain internal tools, applications, and business systems
- Develop skills through opportunities focused on Ruby on Rails and other emerging technologies
- Continuously upskill by adopting new platforms, frameworks, and best practices
- Propose improvements to technical processes and workflows

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- 1–2 years of commercial software development experience, or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (frontend and backend applications)
- Familiarity with modern CMS or eCommerce platforms, particularly WordPress and Shopify
- Experience with APIs and third-party integrations
- Ability to use Git and version control workflows
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive stance toward growth
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptability to transition seamlessly across frontend/backend work and multiple coding stacks
- Eagerness to continuously learn new technologies
