G.Network is transforming London’s connectivity by delivering world class, full fibre broadband direct to homes and businesses. Our vision is to build a better-connected London, and our purpose is to unlock the power of GigaFast speeds to enable the communities we serve to thrive.

We are looking to drive growth through our web channel. To do this we need to maximise this as a channel for new business acquisition and retention. This means creating an ongoing backlog of tactical and strategic improvements to web functionality and messaging. We’re looking for someone to own this channel and create a web platform that delivers excellent customer journeys, whereby customers can find the information they need, complete online orders with ease and review details within my account. This role will be crucial to owning the website improvements and coordinating campaign launches through the campaign team, leading the execution of these through the web. You’ll work with our leading digital agency and our internal developers to scope, prioritise and deliver improvements to the website. You’ll be able to report on these changes and evidence ongoing improvements in the website KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Use your understanding of the digital landscape to deliver a growth strategy whilst owning day to day performance of the website.
  • Review competitor websites and other leading websites across other industries to create a list of short and long term improvements.
  • Review of digital measurement through Google analytics to deliver web channel KPIs. Track and report website activity weekly to deliver fast optimisations and changes in digital/web channel strategy.
  • Work with the sales and marketing to provide insightful reporting and analysis of marketing activity by using Google Analytics and data studio.
  • Plan and execute web optimisations in partnership with twentysix digital to influence reach, generate leads, increase direct sales and brand awareness.
  • Analyse data from marketing channels and review and optimise performance.
  • Manage relationships with external agency partners and internal web team.
  • Ensure that all messaging across the website are of consistently high quality in copy, tone and design and are optimised for engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and provide accurate reports and analysis on website campaigns, website traffic and conversions, to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
  • Full mapping of tags implemented across the site and the captured date within these.
  • Scoping of future web channel resources and roles within this.
  • Own CMS platform (Kentico Kontent), having a deep understanding of how this is used across the site and what requests can be made through this vs development work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
