About the role

You will own ThreatAware's website and visual identity. Your goal is simple: build and maintain web assets that stand alongside the best in B2B software, and a visual identity that makes ThreatAware instantly recognisable and credible to the security teams we serve.

The website is the centre of the role. You will maintain it, evolve it and build on it, working with the Growth Marketing Lead to make sure it generates leads and engagement, and with the Product Marketing Lead to make sure it tells our story in a compelling way and performs in both traditional and AI-driven search. Around it sits ownership of our visual identity and the design of the marketing assets that carry it, produced by you or through the freelancers and agencies you direct.

Why ThreatAware?

ThreatAware gives security teams a single source of truth for every device and tool in their organisation. 150+ integrations, deploys in under 30 minutes, real-time visibility across entire IT estates. Finance, legal, energy, healthcare — they trust us to show them what's protected and what isn't.

Now we're building something bigger. Six years of accurate cyber asset data, and we're layering AI on top of it — new ways for security teams to interrogate their data, automate workflows, and act on risk before it becomes a problem. You'll build the web experiences that tell that story and turn visitors into customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll do

  • Website ownership: Own ThreatAware's website end to end. Maintain its performance, build new pages and continuously improve how it looks, loads and converts
  • Development: Build new functionality and pages in our Storyblok CMS, drawing on our Front End Development team for occasional support with complex challenges
  • Integration: Keep the website fully integrated with our marketing and revenue stack, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, ad platforms and other revtech tools, so every visit and conversion is tracked and actioned
  • Search performance: Work with the Product Marketing Lead to make the site perform in traditional and AI-driven search, owning the technical implementation from site speed to structured data
  • Conversion: Work with the Growth Marketing Lead to turn traffic into leads and engagement signals, building and testing the pages, journeys and tools that convert
  • Visual identity: Own how ThreatAware looks. Set the visual direction, apply it consistently across everything we produce and evolve it as the company scales
  • Marketing assets: Design and create the assets that power our campaigns, from landing pages and ads to sales materials, producing work yourself and directing freelancers and agencies where they make you faster

What we're looking for

  • Proven web management. You have owned a commercial website end to end and can show measurable improvements in performance, conversion and search visibility
  • A combination of design and development skill. You design to a professional standard and write production code, and you are comfortable being accountable for both
  • You ship custom work. You build bespoke pages and experiences rather than assembling templates, and your portfolio shows work you designed and built yourself
  • Experience with modern CMS platforms. You have worked with headless or component-based systems such as Storyblok and understand how to structure content for speed and flexibility
  • Marketing automation fluency. You have integrated websites with CRM and analytics platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics and understand how data flows from visit to revenue
  • B2B SaaS experience, strongly preferred. You understand how software companies generate demand online and what a high-performing SaaS website looks like
  • In-house instincts. You have owned web assets over the long term rather than handing projects over at launch, and you take pride in what compounds over time
  • Passion for AI. You continuously use AI tools to push the boundaries of what one person can design, build and ship. Show us specifically how
