Digital Sales Manager – Websites, Software & AI Search
Full Remote. UK & UAE-based candidates.
We're looking for an experienced, commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record in digital agency sales. This is not an entry-level position.
You should have experience selling websites and digital solutions valued at £10,000+, with the ability to convert project clients into long-term recurring revenue through SEO, AI Search, maintenance, hosting, and digital marketing retainers.
You'll receive qualified inbound leads generated through Google Ads, as well as access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automated prospecting tools. However, you must also be comfortable generating your own pipeline through networking, outreach, and relationship building.

The objective is to convert each project into a long-term monthly retainer worth £1,000–£2,000 per month, covering:
- SEO and AI Search
- Website updates and maintenance
- Hosting and support
- Ongoing digital growth services
Success in this role is about building recurring revenue, not just closing one-off projects.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum five years' experience selling website design, development, software or digital agency services
- Experience closing projects valued at £10,000+
- Proven ability to convert project clients into recurring retainers
- Strong understanding of the website delivery process, from discovery through to launch
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and a willingness to upskill in AI Search
- Confidence using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting tools
- Self-motivated and comfortable generating your own opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Success in year one looks like:
- Generating £150,000–£250,000+ in website and software sales
- Closing two to three projects per month
- Converting approximately 70% of clients into ongoing retainers
- Building a portfolio of £10,000+ per month in recurring revenue
