Web3 Business Development & Investor Relations Specialist

About HyperCognition
HyperCognition is building programmable execution infrastructure for digital asset markets. The platform enables users to define the market signals, data sources, risk controls, and execution rules that matter to them, then move from manual testing, to real-time alerts, to optional automated execution.
We are preparing to open our seed round and are looking for an experienced Web3 business development professional to help expand our investor and strategic partner network.
The Role
You will work directly with the founder to identify, approach, and develop relationships with relevant investors, family offices, venture funds, angels, launchpads, exchanges, and strategic partners. This is not a high-volume generic sales position. We are looking for someone who understands the Web3 investment landscape, communicates professionally, and can create credible introductions that lead to meaningful conversations.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage suitable Web3 investors, angels, VCs, family offices, and strategic partners
- Build and manage a qualified outreach pipeline
- Secure warm introductions and investor meetings
- Present HyperCognition clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Support partnership discussions with launchpads, exchanges, ecosystems, and infrastructure providers
- Work closely with the founder throughout the fundraising process
Requirements
- Proven experience in Web3 business development, investor relations, fundraising, partnerships, or capital introductions
- An existing network across crypto, blockchain, venture capital, family offices, or digital assets
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to assess investor relevance and avoid low-quality or poorly matched outreach
- Professional, organised, self-directed, and results-focused
- Strong understanding of the digital asset and Web3 ecosystem

Compensation
This is a success-based commission role and does not include a fixed salary during the initial fundraising phase. Compensation will be paid as an agreed percentage of capital successfully introduced and closed through the candidate’s direct involvement. Additional performance-based incentives, including potential token incentives, may also be available for exceptional results. Candidates should only apply if they are comfortable working under a performance-led compensation structure.
