I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About The Company
We started with the ambition to make an inherently scattered and complex blockchain development landscape modular, scalable, and accessible to real-world businesses. After successfully raising millions of dollars for development, we spent the first two years in full build mode.
The goal was to turn fragmented protocols and infrastructure into simple, composable modules—like building with Lego. During this time, we worked with a range of partners and early adopters, building prototypes to ensure our technology solved real-world problems.
By 2023, we reached a level of maturity that allowed us to expand into enterprise-grade solutions. Since then, we’ve focused on multi-chain integrations and decentralized finance applications because of their enormous potential across industries—from finance and supply chain to gaming and public services.
