Web / Full Stack Engineer | Build Experiences Used by Millions

We're partnering with one of the world's most influential audio streaming and entertainment platforms to find a Web / Full Stack Engineer to join a team focused on creating innovative experiences that strengthen the connection between creators and their audiences.

This is an opportunity to work on products that reach a global user base, developing scalable systems and engaging customer-facing experiences while collaborating with world-class engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing, building, and operating scalable frontend and backend systems used by millions of users worldwide.
  • Developing modern web applications and robust APIs that power customer-facing experiences.
  • Working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Contributing to architecture decisions, engineering best practices, and operational excellence.
  • Helping foster a collaborative, high-performing environment focused on ownership, continuous improvement, and quality.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience across the full stack, including scalable backend services and modern frontend development.
  • Commercial experience with React and/or Next.js.
  • Experience building backend services using Java and modern cloud-based architectures.
  • A solid foundation in system design, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams.
  • A pragmatic problem solver who can balance technical, product, and commercial considerations.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, maintainable code.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with gRPC, GCP, BigQuery, or Bigtable.
  • Load testing and performance optimisation experience.
  • Mobile development experience across iOS or Android.
