Webinar Manager
We are looking for a Webinar Manager to take ownership of our clients end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation and digital event strategy. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and technical production. You will be responsible for driving audience engagement, managing high-profile speakers, ensuring flawless broadcast execution, and tracking lead generation metrics to support business growth.
What you’ll do:
- End-to-End Webinar Production: Manage the full webinar lifecycle, including pre-event scheduling, all email invitations, live technical hosting, and post-event comms.
- Speaker Onboarding: Prep, brief, and run technical dress rehearsals with internal executives and guest speakers.
- Platform Management: Set up event landing pages, registration forms, automated email workflows, and interactive engagement tools (polls etc.)
- Audience Acquisition: Partner with analytic and marketing operations teams to promote events via email campaigns and social media.
- Data & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like registration rates, attendee retention, and engagement to calculate ROI.
- CRM Integration: Ensure all attendee data flows seamlessly into CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for sales and account team follow-up.

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with major webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars).
- Marketing Automation: Experience linking event platforms to Marketo, or Salesforce.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills to handle live audio, video, or internet connectivity issues on the fly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage senior stakeholders and global speakers.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple event timelines simultaneously without missing deadlines.
