Web Intelligence Analyst
Alice is seeking a skilled and motivated Web Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting intelligence data, writing comprehensive reports, and providing actionable insights that help our clients understand and mitigate online risks.
Responsibilities
- Conducting high-level open-source intelligence investigations and creating ad-hoc reports on different topics in the Trust and Safety field.
- Monitoring third-party websites, forums, messaging app channels, and other platforms to uncover malicious activity.
- Assessing user-generated content platform-specific policy frameworks to judge suitability for vulnerable audiences, and recommending appropriate action.
- Assist our product and intelligence teams in better understanding our customers’ needs by tracking their challenges and pain points, following industry trends, and communicating their needs.
- Analyzing and compiling large data sets and providing meaningful insights.

Must Have
- WEBINT / OSINT experience (1-2 years)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to handle exposure to sensitive or distressing content
Nice to Have
- Experience working on Trust and Safety Policy
- A proactive and independent thinker and doer
- A quick learner of new practice areas and technological tools
- Intelligence/Research Background – an advantage
- Experience with at least 2 languages – an advantage
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience with GenAI
