How You’ll Play Your Part
We’re looking for someone highly motivated and analytical, with experience in digital marketing, website management, or customer marketing, and a strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, CRM, and retention strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and business growth.
In this role you’ll deliver Customer Lifetime Partnership (Aftersales) marketing activity and manage the Mercedes-Benz Vans UK website, ensuring customers receive a premium digital experience and effective Customer Service and Parts communications that drive retention, engagement and aftersales growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver customer-focused Aftersales marketing campaigns, driving product awareness, customer retention, and lifetime value through targeted communications and initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams to bring integrated campaigns to life, creating engaging marketing assets and supporting product launches, seasonal activity, and customer programmes across digital, CRM, dealer, and retail channels.
- Own and optimise the Mercedes-Benz Vans UK website, managing content, product launches, campaigns, and digital enhancements to deliver an engaging customer experience and support commercial objectives.
- Drive continuous website optimisation by leveraging SEO, performance insights, user behaviour, and testing to enhance customer journeys, improve search visibility, and increase online engagement.
- Manage agency and stakeholder partnerships to deliver impactful customer marketing campaigns, ensuring all communications are on-brand, compliant, and effectively tailored for the UK market.

What You’ll Bring
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO, website analytics, and digital user experience best practices.
- Proven ability to manage agencies, stakeholders, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management, organisational, and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset, using data and insights to optimise digital performance.
- Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering premium digital experiences.
