Website Designer - UX/UI Specialist

About The Job

Position: UK-Based Website Designers

Type: Contract

Compensation: $150–$200/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Up to 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Create and evaluate high-quality website design examples and digital experiences.
  • Leverage expertise in visual design, user experience, and contemporary web design standards.
  • Contribute high-quality training data for frontier AI systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver polished, production-ready digital experiences.
  • Assess the quality, usability, and visual execution of modern websites.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven track record of designing world-class digital experiences.
  • Experience with UX/UI design for web-based products and digital platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in website design, UX/UI, interactive experiences, marketing sites, editorial platforms, or digital products.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Preferred

  • Experience at Pentagram, AKQA, DesignStudio, Koto, ustwo, or another leading UK-based digital design studio.
