This is a great time for you to join our rapidly growing business. We are looking for an ambitious Web Developer/ Support Assistant, responsible for producing high-quality websites and looking after our existing website for our clients throughout the UK.

We’re a creative agency based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, specialising in full-service digital solutions. We’re passionate about results-driven digital services and work with various clients from various sectors.

We approach digital design and marketing from a strategic business perspective, which requires us to establish a clear understanding of our clients’ business and objectives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our dedicated and hard-working team in Staffordshire, creating engaging designs for our clients throughout the UK. We’re a relaxed bunch of creative people working from our studio in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

  • Designing Bespoke, WordPress and e-commerce websites
  • Digital marketing, SEO, brand development, creative graphic design, and copywriting

We’re on the lookout for a talented individual to take our client websites to the next level by providing quality support, maintenance and website updates. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our websites remain polished and functional while assisting our web development team in crafting visually stunning and user-friendly sites. We are looking for someone who has experience with WordPress Websites and e-commerce systems including Woo-Commerce and Shopify. Join us in creating exceptional online experiences and pushing the boundaries of web development and design.

We are looking for someone who can translate client requirements into outstanding websites and communicate with passion and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate should have front-end development experience with PHP-based CMSs and a proven background in building bespoke websites, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce.

  • A desire to learn, reliability, and strong organisational skills are essential.
  • The candidate should be able to work independently or as part of a team, possess a passion for design, and keep up to date with the latest trends in website design while effectively liaising with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keeping on top of support tickets and website maintenance
  • Taking a design brief and translating it into an amazing website.
  • Working closely with the Marketing, Graphic Design and SEO team.
  • Developing websites.
  • Developing new creative ideas for websites.
  • Understanding and working quickly with standard web design software.
  • Solving problems on existing websites
  • Organising your daily workload effectively and efficiently.
  • Completing projects under pressure accurately and on time.
  • Working on Client Maintenance plans
  • Website content updates.
  • Managing client hosting.

Our Locations

Our head office is located in North East Wales in Mold, Flintshire – situated on the outskirts of Chester our HQ is easily accessible from the M56 and M53 meaning travel from Manchester, Liverpool, Wirral, Cheshire and North Wales is simple.

We also have our second office, located in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, outside of Stoke-On-Trent. Located just 10 minutes off the M6, in between Manchester and Birmingham – our Stoke-On-Trent office is a great working hub for midland-based talent.
