Perform Digital Media (PDM) | Full-time | Remote | Regions: UK, EU only.
Salary: DOE
As proud Shopify Plus Partners, we’ve designed and developed for brands including MasterChef, OTTY, The Roxor Group, and many more. Our builds don’t just look good, they’re engineered to convert paid traffic and grow revenue.
We’re now at the stage where our website department needs a leader, not just a manager. Someone to own the client relationships, own the delivery, own the retainers, and ultimately shape how this department grows. If you’ve been waiting for a role where you get to build something rather than inherit it, this is it.
What you’ll own:
Client Relationships, End to End
- Full ownership of the client relationship pre, during, and post project
- Lead discovery, scoping, and kick-off conversations with confidence
- Advise clients on the right Shopify plan for their business
- Turn feedback into structured action and keep projects moving without friction
Project Delivery
- End-to-end ownership of Shopify and Shopify Plus builds
- Clear milestones, tight timelines, no scope drift
- Multiple projects running in parallel without losing structure
- Oversight of platform migrations to and from Shopify, working alongside our data engineer

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Retainers and Ongoing Growth
- Own our post-launch retainers: ongoing development, maintenance, and CRO
- Structure retainers that deliver genuine value to clients and healthy margin to the agency
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts through CRO, UX, and performance improvements
Department Leadership
- Coordinate our lean team of 2 designers, 2 developers, and 1 data engineer
- Build the processes, documentation, and handoffs the department runs on

- Make the department yours: we want your fingerprints on how it operates
What we’re looking for
- Significant hands-on experience with Shopify as a platform, ideally Shopify Plus
- A background in ongoing website retainers and CRO retainers, and a clear understanding of how post-development work drives agency revenue
- Strong understanding of data and platform migrations to and from Shopify
- Solid eCommerce grounding: you understand AOV, CVR, UX, and what makes a store perform
- Confident client communicator at every stage: pre-sale, in-flight, and post-launch
- Commercially aware: you protect margin, not just timelines
- Someone who wants to grow a department, not just run projects through it
