Website & E-commerce Manager

Company: NAVALLABEL LTD

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

About Us

At NAVALLABEL LTD, we are scaling our online presence and taking our digital operations to the next level. We are an agile, fast-paced e-commerce business looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Website Manager to take full ownership of our storefront, optimize user journeys, and help drive our digital growth in the UK market and beyond.

If you are someone who loves bridging the gap between technical website management, digital marketing, and smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations, you’ll fit right in.

The Role

As our Website Manager, you will be the custodian of our digital storefront. You aren't just making sure the links work; you will be responsible for the overall health, performance, visual merchandising, and conversion rate of our website.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure our brand is represented perfectly online and that our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience from the moment they land on our site to the moment they check out.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
