Website Manager

The Change Partners are working with a fast-growing, retail organisation to hire a Website Manager

This role will take ownership of its website, digital performance and local search strategy during an exciting period of rapid expansion.

The business is undergoing significant growth and is consolidating multiple brands and locations into a single central website. This role will lead the strategy and day-to-day management of one central website, ensuring each location maintains a strong local presence while delivering a consistent user experience across the wider group. You'll own the website end-to-end, working closely with external development, SEO and PPC agencies while acting as the internal Product Owner.

This role offers a salary range of £55000-£65000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging and up to date across multiple locations.
  • Lead the ongoing development of a single CMS-driven website supporting a rapidly growing portfolio of businesses, ensuring localised content remains unique while maintaining consistency across the wider brand.
  • Act as Product Owner for website development, gathering business requirements, writing user stories and managing the development backlog.
  • Coordinate external development partners, prioritising enhancements and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Monitor website performance, page speed and Core Web Vitals, identifying issues and working with developers to resolve them.
  • Analyse website performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for optimisation, improving search visibility, user journeys and conversion.
  • Champion UX best practice to create a seamless digital experience across all locations.
  • Manage external SEO and PPC agencies, reviewing performance, shaping strategy and ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed objectives.
  • Lead the local SEO strategy across multiple locations, ensuring every site is fully optimised for local search.
  • Develop scalable processes for managing photography, content and site updates across a rapidly expanding multi-location business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
