Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Website)
Our Client, a global manufacturer of precision cutting tools, is looking to attract a Digital Marketing Specialist (Website) to join their team. The company has over 60 years' experience providing precision-engineered products in industrial applications with its brands sold in over 90 countries. The European division of the company is headquartered in Ireland.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist (Website Operations) is responsible for the execution, maintenance, and quality assurance of Harvey Performance Company’s websites. The role ensures that new products, content updates, and site enhancements are launched accurately, on time, and to a high standard, supporting both customer experience and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Website Operations & Launch Execution
- Coordinate and execute website launches and ongoing updates in collaboration with Product Marketing.
- Manage CMS category structures and content builds using defined planning files.
- Administer website forms, form handlers, and associated email templates.

Testing & Quality Assurance
- Lead comprehensive pre-launch testing of website functionality, data accuracy, and integrations.
- Identify, document, and help prioritize bugs and issues in partnership with internal teams and developers.
CMS & Development Support
- Support new website development initiatives, including theme customization and functional testing.
- Work with developers to implement and validate new site functionality.
Cross-Functional & Customer Support
- Provide internal and external support for website features and functionality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches and broader digital initiatives.
- Contribute to initiatives that expand the digital footprint of Harvey’s brands across platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- A passion for learning about new website platforms, best practices for pre-launch testing, and a can-do, curious attitude needed to troubleshoot and triage technical challenges.
- An eagerness to bring to life products on our industry-leading websites with a specific attention to detail, skilled coordination of cross-functional teams, and keen insights on outstanding functionality bugs to assist in the prioritization of tasks.
- To be comfortable working in an environment where ambition is expected and rewarded, have high standards for your work with an impeccable attention to detail, enjoy cross-functional collaboration, and want to continue to be challenged and learn.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Technical & Digital Experience
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, HubSpot, Shopify, Wix, or similar.
- Experience planning, executing, and testing website updates or launches.
- Proven ability to conduct structured website testing and QA.
- Working knowledge of user tracking, analytics, and digital privacy best practices.
- Exposure to third-party website integrations.
