- Working Pattern: Head office attendance 1 day per week

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Website Officer with expertise in digital communications to oversee our organisational website (ncfe.org.uk), delivering effective marketing campaigns, lead generation, and providing accurate, customer-centric content.
This role sits within the Brand, Communications and Partnerships Directorate, supporting teams including PR, internal communications, content, brand, advertising, marketing, design, video, and events.
The fast-paced, multi-functional environment requires a personable candidate who thrives on updating and optimising content, measuring web analytics, and collaboratively supporting cross-departmental marketing projects—from creation to execution and delivery.
What You’ll Do
Drive integrated marketing campaigns by:
- Designing, maintaining, and optimising product and campaign landing pages for ROI, ensuring content is:
- Relevant
- Accurate
- SEO-optimised
- Lead-generating
- Collaborating with digital, marketing ops, and design teams to align content with strategic objectives
Manage website updates and inquiry requests:
- Triage and resolve Service Desk tickets within agreed SLAs across the business
- Prioritise content changes while balancing efficiency and quality

Analyse and enhance website performance and usability:
- Report on user activity and conversions using GA4, identifying high-value content and taking remedial action on low-performers
- Monitor site health metrics in Site Improve, fixing broken links and resolving accessibility issues
Key Requirements
- Qualification: Degree or equivalent vocational level in digital marketing/communications/web-related disciplines
- Experience: Proven track record in a comparable role
- Digital & SEO Skills:
- Advanced SEO and geo-targeting strategies
- Expertise in managing content management systems (CMS)
- Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (report writing and data-driven decision-making)
- Creative analytical mindset for CTA (Call-to-Action) testing and conversion optimisation
- Soft Skills:
- Sharp attention to detail
- Strong time management and ability to work to tight deadlines
