The Role
We are looking for an experienced Website Optimisation Manager to take ownership of our ecommerce customer journey and continuously improve how customers discover products, navigate our website, and complete their purchase. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on using customer insight, analytics, and experimentation to drive measurable commercial results.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Website Optimisation Manager, you will own the onsite customer experience from homepage to checkout, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, engaging, and commercially effective.
Working closely with our Trading, Digital Marketing, and Technology teams, you will:
- Drive continuous improvements to the customer journey.
- Lead website optimisation and conversion rate improvement initiatives.
- Use customer behaviour and data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Deliver high-performing landing pages and product journeys.
- Improve onsite search, navigation, and product discovery.
- Work with developers to deliver website enhancements that make a real commercial impact.
- Measure success through data, insight, and continual testing.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with a passion for customer experience.
You will ideally have experience in ecommerce, digital optimisation, or website management and be comfortable using insight and analytics to make informed decisions.
You will also bring:
- A passion for creating exceptional online customer experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience improving website performance and conversion.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to influence across multiple teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
What You’ll Get

- Competitive Salary: Range from £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (Grade T-C).
- 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
