We're looking for an experienced Website Performance Manager
on a 12 Month FTC to play a key role in one of our most significant digital transformation projects – the development and launch of a new global corporate website.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketing professional with strong website management experience who has supported major website launches, rebrands or digital transformation projects and thrives in complex, matrix organisations.
The Opportunity
As Website Performance Manager, you'll be the number two lead on a major website redevelopment project, working closely with the Senior Marketing Communications Operations Manager and external web agency to deliver a new WordPress-based corporate website.
You'll be responsible for helping drive the project forward, coordinating stakeholders, validating website functionality, testing user journeys, supporting agency delivery and ensuring a smooth transition from our existing platform. At the same time, you'll oversee the performance and continuous improvement of our current website, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the transformation.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable discussing digital marketing strategy, website user experience, content governance and technical website functionality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
