Website Project Manager

We're looking for someone enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable, but confident enforcing rules and protecting project scope to join us in our Crawley office as we continue to grow our client-base and build our talented team.

About Us

Started in the summer of 2010, Antropy designs, builds, supports, and hosts online shops for a wide range of clients that have included Pizza Express, The Mirror, UCL, Coca-Cola, Ben & Jerry's, and many other big names as well as small family businesses that sell online.

Our talented web developers enjoy automating business processes and maximising online sales for our clients. Working from our small, friendly Crawley office we've retained that exciting start-up feel and cultivated a fun but productive working environment.

About You

To be right for this role you'll have the following attributes:

  • 3+ years of similar Project Management experience. If you have less, we may consider you on a lower starting salary.
  • Ideally some knowledge of the web industry: HTML, basic coding, SEO, ecommerce or similar.
  • Very organised with projects, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, proactive, and good at motivating people.
  • Fully owns delivery, timelines, and client communications.
  • Actively maximises developer billable time, target 75-85%.
  • Prevents scope creep and enforces change control on extras.
  • Comfortable with conflict with clients and developers to protect profit.
  • Understands business processes.
  • Able to say no to demanding clients where appropriate.
  • Good at keeping lots of projects on deadline and budget.
  • Very strong focus on profit goals and billing targets.
  • Based within 1 hour of the Crawley office.
  • Able to work 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Must have Indefinite Leave To Remain (ILTR) in the UK.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in web and/or ecommerce.
  • Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2.
  • Sales experience and/or marketing experience.
