As a Hotel Wedding & Events Coordinator, you’ll curate extraordinary experiences for couples and event organisers. This role demands meticulous coordination—balancing consultations, logistic execution, and vendor collaborations—while upholding Accor’s vision of seamless, heartfelt service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute weddings/events from inquiries to final delivery, ensuring alignment with clients’ visions.
- Handle phone, email, and social media correspondence promptly for bookings and wedding enquiries.
- Book/appoint potential couples or event clients, managing initial consultations effectively.
- Liaise with vendors (florists, caterers, photographers, venues) to secure services and negotiate contracts.
- Drive revenue maximisation by upselling services while prioritising client satisfaction.
- Host open days or evenings as required for internal/external promotional events.
- Oversee administrative systems/procedures, maintaining accurate departmental records and acting as the primary information source for your team.
- Perform professional multitasking: managing complex administrative tasks independently with discretion in busy environments.
