Role Overview
New Forest Hotels | Full-time, Permanent Love people, unforgettable events, and closing deals that actually mean something? We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Wedding & Events Executive to join our team at New Forest Hotels.
This is a full-time (40-hour per week), permanent role with a competitive salary of £27,270 + commission.
Working Pattern
- 5 days over 7 (40 hours per week)
- Weekends are part of the role (typical shifts: Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday)
- Remote venue locations – personal transport essential

You’ll be the go-to person for couples and clients planning their big moments, guiding them from first enquiry to final booking:
- Respond to inbound and outbound email & phone enquiries
- Produce quotes, proposals, contracts, and invoices
- Build strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Host show rounds and meet clients face-to-face
- Upsell where appropriate (adding value to bookings)
- Manage enquiries through to confirmed bookings
- Collaborate with account management & operations teams
- Attend wedding fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
- Ensure smooth handover once contracts are signed
- Represent New Forest Hotels with a trustworthy and energetic personality
Requirements
We’re looking for a professional, people-focused candidate with great enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences:

Numeracy & Tech Skills:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
- Strong Microsoft proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Other Must-Haves:
- Confident, friendly phone manner
- Flexible, prioritised, and solution-focused attitude
- Sales experience (preferred but not essential)
