Join our team as a Wedding and Events Supervisor at De Vere Horsley Estate in East Horsley and be part of our exceptional team, where every detail matters and unforgettable events are created.

As the Wedding & Events Supervisor you will work a variety of shifts including late finishes when we have weddings and weekends on a rota basis.
From meticulously set event spaces to impeccable service, you will supervise the smooth operation of our weddings, conferences and events. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that every aspect, from setup to service, is executed flawlessly. Leading by example, you will foster a culture of warmth and appreciation, building genuine relationships with team members and empowering them to take pride in their work.
Your Skills & Experience
- You have experience working as part of an events operation team or in a supervisory hospitality role
- You are passionate about events and prepared to put your heart and soul into delivering memorable experiences for our guests
- You use an intuitive approach and have exceptional attention to detail ensuring every event runs smoothly
- Your communication skills help you build valued working relationships and motivate a diverse team
- You have excellent organisational and time management abilities, effectively prioritising tasks to meet operational requirements.
